Honestly, who doesn’t love guacamole? You can (and should) eat Guac with everything. Toast, eggs, chicken, tacos, crackers, chips… the list goes on and on. It’s the perfect side, spread, and dip. All you need is a few ingredients and 10 minutes.
Customizing your Guacamole Recipe
Adding a little extra (or a little less) garlic, lime, or jalapeño is something you should definitely try out. Personally, I love this recipe, it took me some time to get the ratios perfect for my taste. However, guac is a very personal love affair and one that should be perfect for you. The only thing I’d recommend is making the recipe, letting it sit in the fridge for about an hour, and then judging it. The garlic-y, lime-y goodness really shines after it had some time to sit. Then, adjust to make it your perfect bowl, if you hate tomatoes? leave them out. Got some extra cucumbers? Put them in! I love putting all the produce in my fridge in here, I often add celery, cucumbers, and spinach for some extra health and extra crunch. Also, it’s a great way to use up produce that may be going bad soon.
